Yarn: Patons Brilliant: radiant red, almost 2 skeins.
Hook: 3.5mm
Fabric: taffeta
For the upper part of the top I used this mettalic sparkling yarns and half double crochet stitches for tighter work, so it did not require underlining.
The fabric is cut based on a Burda pattern from WOF 09/2007.
I ironed the pleats first using steam and water on the folds. Stitched the right side seam, inserted the zipper on the left, hemmed the lower and upper parts, and attached the cups (sewn by machine).
For the hem I used this tutorial from BurdaStyle:

Thanks everyone!
For the crochet part I followed part of this schema until it fit right, then I finished with a border of 5 double crochet in one sg, skip 3, sc in the next st, skip 3 and 5 double crochet in the next st.

Ah, acesta este mai mult decit atragator! ;))
adica “more than sex-appeal”.
Pupici.

Thanks everyone!
@Teo – You are right! I might even follow your advice and make a summer dress! I love it when ideas fly through my head, just wish there was more time to create them, one by one!

I’m sure you will make it great and I hope to see it as a masterpiece on your blog! 😉
But I just can’t wait untill…then. Can’t you hurry just a little ? ;))
Hugs.
